I have Aria 2. It worked nice until I changed home. Now I have problems connecting it to my WiFi. Can find the WiFi accepts the password, but after a while when trying to connect, on my phone comes a message error please try later. I tried to reset the scale to a factory settings but nothing is happening. Also I read that many people have the same problem. My Aria is new from this year 2019 I am wondering if there is a problem with the scale because it strange that so many people have the same issue,

@Elena25 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not connecting to your network even though you have tried some troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
Please make sure that your router runs the protocol 802.11b or mixed mode (b,g,n) and see if the issue get. Also, I would like to know if you are following the setup process as described in this help article.
