I can not get my phone to sync with the aria 2. When it gets to the point of setting it up, it tells me to remove the strip in with the batteries. I have already removed it and turned it on but it stays on the screen with the battery. It won't let me advance past that screen.

Hi @sdevereaux, have you force closed the app and then tried the process again? Sometimes the app freezes (as has happened many times with me). Closing it could help with the setup process.

In addition to the info that shared my friend @DramaQueenDiva. Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
If the app is up to date, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article and let us know if the issue persists.
