My Aria 2 has always had issues connecting to wifi to send data (thanks fitbit support...NOT). After not connecting for several days (6) in a row, I tried to set it up again, first using iPhone app...but it is still failing to connect to the wifi to complete setup, even tho I'm holding it INCHES from our very powerful router. I paid over $100 for a brick, basically.
And bonus, I tried using windows app to set it up, just for grins...still can't connect to wifi, and then the iPhone app won't open (opens briefly, then closes). So I re-installed iPhone app, logged in, and now it won't connect to my Charge 3, and all my community settings are gone.
Just tried to live chat support...got 'chat ended' twice, without ever having a chat.
Just tried a third time, it tells me I've reached the limit.

@CJinCA it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the chat contacts got disconnected and I'm also sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not connecting to your network.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they handled your case and had you to return your Aria 2 in order to follow up and provide a solution.
