After the initial headaches with upgrading to the Aria 2 it has been working good until a week ago.
Now after daily morning weight in I get the CONNECTION ERROR, and nothing shows up in the App until 12 to 18 hours later. Phone call with tech support this AM was absolutely useless, less than useless actually.
I have tried any and all reset options and reconnect options, it does not have any issues connecting to my wifi, it appears the data is lost for 12-18 hours in the Fitbit servers. This has been consistent since June 8 or 9th, yesterday the weigh in was at 05:25 and it finally synced at 20:47 (8:47 PM).
Anyone with inside information please advise.

@BearK9 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's experiencing syncing issues and shows a "Connection Error" message.
Please check out this help article and follow the troubleshooting steps for this issue. Once you've followed those steps, monitor your scale and see if the issue gets fixed.

Done all of it, except moving it, it is 10’ From the router, no walls.
This is on FitBits side, not mine.
It did the same yesterday as the day before, weigh in at 05:42 AM, finally synced at 8:47 PM, EXACTLY the same sync time as the day before.
There have been no changes to my system, all SW and FW is current and up to date.

Another day goes by, weigh in at 5:xx AM, syncing like the days before at 8:47 PM.
FitBit please step up to the plate and fix this, or get me someone to talk to that knows what he is talking about.
I’am done playing endless resetting games, scale is still under warranty, send another one or two..

I am having the same problem; not synching with my dashboard at all. The data is there when I look at the aria 2 details, but not in my dashboard. I just spent way too much money on this scale to have these kind of issues.
