My Aria 2 is just displaying a !, I have tried removing the batteries(12 Hours), factory resetting, and when I tried to file a claim it tells me that no devices are paired to my account. Any suggestions? I have messaged Fitbit's Twitter help support but I'm not holding my breath.

@Reloaded689 Here is a link to the error codes. The " ! " is a potential hardware failure. You have done the proper troubleshooting by removing the batteries. The persistent " ! " is a bad omen.
When you did the factory reset, the scale was removed from your account. This is why Support doesn't see a paired device. As you continue your travels through Support, emphasize the factory reset.
How old is you scale and did you get it from Fitbit?
