Morning all
We have tried to load 6 users onto our new Aria 2 and it is not storing any of them!
Every time I step on the scales it shows "GUEST" and offers no other option. So, we have pushed the small white button inside the battery area and had to "add new device" every time we want to weigh in..... this can't be right!
I thought that, once the device was set up on your phone (for example), then all you had to do was open the Fitbit app, step on the scales then it would ask you what icon you were and upload your weigh-in details.
This as not happened once...... not happy Jan 😞

@MLB68 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Let me go ahead and help you so your Aria 2 can recognize all the users you want to add. In order to have your Aria to recognize all the users, you need to invite them as described in this help article.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()
Best AnswerThank you JuanJo
But that does not answer my question....

Can you offer any suggestions?

@MLB68 Thank you for getting back! In order to add more people to the scale, you need to set up the Aria on your account first. After this, you need to send invites to them as described in the help article shared in my previous post so they can choose their own icon and the scale can recognize their users.
Please check out this help article, which also explains why the scale only recognize a user as a "Guest".

Best AnswerI have the same issue. I moved and lost my scale for awhile. Finally found it and when we step on it says guest. No choices for users who are set up when you view on the web. I reassign the weights but I shouldn't have to do that.

@kmmora Thank you for joining us in this thread! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is recognizing your user as "Guest".
If one or more users are close to your weight, the Aria 2 tends to do this. In order to correct the issue, please restart and re-calibrate your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row so the scale can "learn" your user.
In case the issue persists for the other users, have them to follow the same workaround.
Let me know how it goes! ![]()
Best AnswerI have sent invites to my husband but he hasn't received them. When he sets his up by adding a device it cancels out mine.

@doodie64 I'm so glad to hear that you managed to get your husband added to your Aria 2. Thank you for posting the update here. Don't hesitate to get back if you need further assistance.
@YesiB Thank you for joining us in this thread! Regarding your question, the users just need to be added to your Aria by sending them an invitation to their email addresses since the Aria is the device that connects to your WiFi after the users weigh themselves.
Please follow the steps listed in this help article in order to add people to your Aria 2.
Let me know if you need further assistance! 😀
Best AnswerI am having the same persistent issue. My scale shows me as a guest and I followed your instructions two times and it still doesn't recognize me. I am currently the only one using my scale.
Please advise, thank you.

Best AnswerI was able to get my scale to recognize me and not think I am a GUEST. It took lots of tries. I think one issue that was hindering it is naming your Aria/What 3 letters you want to use on your scale and that means on your phone app and when setting up the Aria Scale. I think they are in agreement on my equipment, hopefully my scale will stay with my sign-in. Thanks
