My Aria 2 stops syncing randomly and the only thing that works is to redo the wifi setup, i.e. identify the network and reenter the password (for the Aria 2 device). Very annoying and frustrating.
Why is this still an issue? Obviously many users have complained over the past year. It's not like the scale is a cheap toy, so I would expect more from Fitbit.

@MiMyself Welcome to our Fitbit forums! I'm sorry to hear that you need to repeat the setup process with your Aria 2 in order to fix the syncing issue. I want to follow up on this and would like to know if the issue persists or if you don't need to re-set up your scale so that it syncs your data properly.
I moved your post to the Aria 2 board in order to keep the Community organized.
See you later!

I recently setup an Aria 2 as well. When you place the scale, go with your cell phone and look at the Wi-Fi signal. If your phone shows a weak signal, then it probably is not a good place to set the scale.

Have you moved the scale closer to the router?

My scale won’t reconnect to the network after installing a new router. I’ve tried moving it closer to the router as suggested with no luck. It finds the aria network but then says internet connection not available.

Fitbit Sync Service - Last Synced: Unavailable
This Android notification won't go away. Why does it not register it's last Sync?

@pajill, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that your Aria 2 is experiencing.
I would like to know if you have made changes to your network such as router, WiFi password or WiFi settings.
In the meantime, try restarting your router. Also, restart your scale by taking out the batteries and putting them back in. After these steps, monitor your Aria 2 for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

We bought our Aria 2 a week ago. It has been syncing until 10.30pm yesterday.
As suggested, I have reset the device & re entered the WiFi password. The Aria 2 found the WiFi again.
I am still not syncing?

The Aria 2 was a total waste of money for me, like yours it finds the network, connects but won't sync:( I would have been better off buying a cheap set of scales.

My versa 2 wouldn't sync so I came here and was told to remove all other devices from my account and it worked so now my Aria 2 won't sync back up. What is wrong with Fitbit lately? I even have a regular Aria and that one won't sync either. The only thing that justifies y'all charging SO MUCH MONEY is that is is supposed to sync and track. It's a $10 scale right now.
