Aria 2 not syncing

My scale lost connection so I tried to reinstall it tonight & it deleted itself from my Fitbit App & will not re sync. I keep getting an error. It was working up until last night. Any idea what’s wrong?!

Hello @Child36 and welcome to the Help forums.  First, I am going to move your post to the Aria 2 forum.  It sounds like you have a scale issue, not an iOS app issue (btw, your scale syncs through your wi-fi).  Second, can you be more specific about what happened as you tried to solve your problem, especially the error message?

@Child36 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Let me help you with the syncing issues that you are experiencing with your Aria scale.

 

I want to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Aria is syncing properly now. Also, as my friend @LZeeW mentioned, please provide more details about the error message that your Aria is displaying.
