Aria 2 scale not measuring body fat %age

Hi, Aria 2 stopped measuring body fat %age since a few weeks.

I tried taking out batteries, resetting the device. It still doesn't show the body fat %age. 

Can you help?

Hi @akg93, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it's not measuring your body fat percentage. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please re-calibrate your Aria 2 by weighing in yourself 5 times in a row. Also, make sure that you are weighing yourself barefoot and see if it provides body fat readings.
