Hello Everyone! Last week my Aria 2 scale stopped syncing and I don't know why. This happened with my Aria 1 scale years ago and it was frustrating. After much trial and error, I gave up and just purchased the Aria 2. Well, now here we go again. This new Aria 3 scale is coming out and my 2 won't work. Do they do this intentionally so we will purchase the new one? I've been a long time fitbit customer and honestly, I'm very frustrated with this scale. Any input would be appreciated. @campbek I looked at your previous posts -- more to see what you have tried in order to fix your scale. I see many posts dating from 2018, then a gap until now. You said that Support was very helpful in the past. Have you contacted Support about your new issue? Are you getting an error code? Anything else we can do to help?
The main reason I am asking is that the while the Aria Air syncs using Bluetooth, it does not measure % body fat like the Aria/Aria 2.

Hi LZeeW! No, I haven't called them yet mostly because I haven't been home to deal with it. I know in the past, I've needed my scale next to me and my phone, etc. when I spoke to them. I'll call them when I'm not traveling. I am a big fitbit fan and I just ordered the new Versa 2 so I will continue to be a customer. I was so frustrated with the Aria scale and went back and forth with so many times with their reps to no avail. I just gave in and purchased the Aria 2. Well, now the same thing is happening out of the blue and darn it, here we go again. I'll call and see if they can help. Oh also, I had no idea that the Aria Air doesn't provide the body fat percentage. If they just give the weight, well, that doesn't do much to me. I like the other data. Thanks for the info!
