I thought my batteries were dead again this week when I would step on the scale and have difficulty getting the screen to come on. Then it doesn’t come on but I see on my versa app that it did read my weight. How do I get my screen to work so I can see it.

Hi @TCogswell, I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page). I just did a quick search on the help site regarding your issue and wasn't able to find anything that might be useful to you. When you talk to them, can you come back and let us know what worked?

@TCogswell I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if you contacted our Customer Support team as my friend @DramaQueenDiva advised in regards the screen issues that your Aria 2 is experiencing.
In the meantime, I'd like you to try cleaning the contacts of your scale with a cotton swab and a little bit of alcohol. This will remove any dust that the scale accumulates. After this, try a new set of batteries and see if the display works properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

I am changing the batteries once again and cleaning the contacts with alcohol. I will let you know how long they last. It has been about 2 weeks total including non sscreen weight
This is what my screen is doing now with using alcohol on the connections and new batteries.

@TCogswell thank you for getting back! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Aria 2 is still unable to turn, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
Let me know if you have any questions!
