I’m tearing my hair out here ! Please help . im on the brink of taking this scale back.
I’ve followed set it up, had the tick to say connected to WiFi etc. Get weighed, the sync arrows go round .......then a sad face and can not connect . What should I do .
I have tried reconnecting , the account page in app shows the aria 2 and the network address. There is nothing regarding it on the actual dashboard though . Thanks in advance.

Hi @Jfou01,
The Aria 2 won't show up in your Dashboard because it's not a tracker as such. If you want to access it from the app, you will need to go into the Account tab.
I'm not sure how much this will help, but I did find an article on error messages that might help with connecting your scale to the Wi-Fi.

@Jfou01 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm so glad to hear that you managed to get your Aria 2 set up. Thank you for posting the update here.
As a side note, I'd like to share the Aria 2 manual so you can learn all its features and get the most out of it.
