Aria 2 setup issue

I’ve downloaded the Fitbit app on my new phone and set up my Aria 2 on it. Despite its connected and fully set up I keep getting a message to connect the scale to the app, I’ve done this 3times now as I thought I’ve done it wrong it’s now driving me insane!! Anyone able to help?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Fitbit app is asking you to connect your Aria 2 when it's already been set up. I would like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.

 

If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app again and see if your Fitbit app shows your Aria 2 connected.
