My girlfriend got me an Aria 2 for Christmas. I already have a Versa and a fully synced Fitbit App. When I went to set up the Aria 2 by 'Adding New Device's, it kicked the Versa out. When the Aria was set up and I tried to add the Versa back on the app, it kicked the Aria out. Surely I can have both devices linked and synced to the same account? Help!

Yes we know, the woodland is to sync the Versa, let it be removed when adding the scale. Then after the scale is connected, add the versa.

Thanks for the reply. I've already tried that once. I setup the Aria and after I wanted to connect the Versa back to my account and it kicked the Aria back out. At the moment I'm having issues with having both devices on the same account 😞

@itsvicz Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Versa gets removed from your account after setting up your Aria 2. Since you already tried the workaround that suggested my friend @Rich_Laue and the issue persists, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution.

inadequate paper instructions on aria2 set up said , follow mobile setup. I assume it meant add device on app. Now l have a dashboard with few tiles, and no versa fitbit. How do I get a dashboard for the versa with an app with a tile for the scale. Can I also see that info on my new versa.

Hi there, I'm also having this exact problem. I had a charge 2 then got the scales. The aria 2 totally messed that up and now it will not do anything. (It was 2 years old and needed a new one) husband brought me the versa for christmas. Low and behold i can not have both on my fitbit app. As soon as I download the other one on, the other dissapears. I have a pretty up To date phone (Samsung s7 edge) which is all up to date with updates. It's driving me mad and I'm at the point of sending both back. Have you fixed this issue or is it still persisting? Glad I'm not the only one

@lazyboy by adding the versa back to your account.
@Tonilou16 most of the people I know of have added the scale, then te-added the Charge 3. You say that you had a Charge 2, but is it this charge 2 that your trying to add with the Aria 2

@Rich_Laue I'm using the versa now. Still having the same issue with this. As soon as I add the aria 2 it kicks out the versa and then vice versa.

I haven't tried to reconnect after my last post. But however I've upgraded my phone so will be trying in the next few days. I have seen on other posts and forums they seem to be connecting correctly now. Thanks for your help. I will 're comment if they do not connect again

Juanjo all seems to be working correctly at the moment. Both are syncing and not knocking each other off the app.
