My Aria 2 scale is no longer syncing since 2 days. I noticed in the app that my daily weight is no longer registered. Nothing changed, same app, same wifi, batteries are ok etc.
I tried all solutions that I found online: taking out 1 battery, all batteries, remove the scale in the app and register it again, pushing the button etc but nothing works.
Currently the scale says “www.fitbit.com/setup”. When I perform the setup steps, I get stuck with the wifi part: the scale won’t connect to my wifi. It is standing next to the router, the password hasn’t changed and is completed correctly but it won’t connect. Please help.

@Isabelle2611 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not syncing with your network. I would like to follow up on and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Aria 2 is syncing your data properly now.
in the meantime, please try resetting your router and set up your Aria 2 from scratch.
