Aria 2 user recognition and weight data issues

I just using aria 2 . Can not access Aria 2 forum. Have a problem with Aria 2 . Two problems , first default to guest . Tried to solve problem with Chat . Could not resolve. This morning weight only shows graph . No statistics for today . Not happy with aria 2 scale

Hello @Newenergy I've moved your post to the Aria a scale board. 

Have you assigned a user to the scale. Then after taking a reading. You so I'll want to use the left/right pads to assign the reading to you??

I have assigned the user. Before I lodge request for assistance, I did the obvious checks . This is my second day of using this scale . I tried chat and they were not able to help me . After I did the weigh in, I go to my Fitbit App and I assign the weight to me. I  am the only user. I noticed a few aria 2 have a similar problem . Is there a problem with Bluetooth connection?

Have you assigned the weight to you by using the scale? 

As for Bluetooth, the scale syncs directly with Fitbit through the WiFi. Bluetooth is not used at all.

Last night when I weigh myself . The scale defaulted to me. I still believe that there is a bug at set up . It should not take 20 weigh in to default to me instead of user .

Where you assigning your weight by choosing your icon on the scale, as instructed in your user manual. Or where you assigning the weight through the Fitbit app, as you described.

My scales did not give me as option to choose from day one . In my Fitbit app , section people using Aria I assign me and set up picture and option . Only one person is using it . I noticed that users using Aria had similar problems . Solutions for them was weigh in 5 times, others 10, for it to work . Mine was more than 10 . There is bug , with assigning users. Look at the history of others in the aria community and you will note it . I am happy that aria Aria is defaulting to me . Unsure what is going to happen when I have a guest. For now I am happy with this . I did follow the instructions on how to setup and did it twice and it did not work . I spent half a day on Wednesday to resolve problem. Then last night after 20 weigh ins it defaulted to me and I do not have to my app to assign my weight to me, as I did on Wednesday and tThursdsy.

I assign it through the  aria section via my Fitbit app . When I went through setup there was no option to set me up on the scale . I ask for assistance via chat and it via Fitbit aria section not the scale

I have done that. None of  it worked . It just go to guest . Now and again it defaults to me after 4 weigh in .

It never gave me the option to assign me via the scale . I also asked chat to assist me and they could not help . I also deselected the aria and tried again  to set up and the option to assign did not occur . I only did it via Fitbit setting s . I

t defaults to me every now and again . 
all those options mentioned  in Manuel, chat  are not working . Aria is not working as per Manuel . I will not be investing in an aria in the future .

The Fitbit scale never gave me an option to default to me . I asked Chat to help and they could not. I set it up via Fitbit settings. The scale does not work as per Manuel.

I have had the same problem. I tested resetting my profile by changing gender (and then back again) and it started working as it should. I am not sure if I did a new setup after changing the profile, there was a lot of meddling and fighting with the scale that day 🙂

I have tried resetting my profile . It did work for a while and then it went back to Guest . Do not be surprise if it happens to you.

i am not happy the aria scale . It should not be this complicated. It is not working as per Manuel. A number of people have had similar problems and there is no real solution . Not sure if I return the scale and get a new one will the problem go away .
