Aria 2 will not complete setup

My Aria 2 gets stuck during setup, I get to the part to enter the 4 didgits shown on the scales then it seems to get stuck saying either "connecting to fitbit" on the iphone app or "finishing up" on the windows 10 app.

It gets to the part where you enter the 4 didgits then will not go any further.

I have had the batteries out overnight, had the button pressed for 10 seconds when I reinstall the batteries and tried everything I can find to try and setup the aria 2 but cannot get it to work and get setup.

Anyone got and ideas.

Please make sure that you are following the setup instructions that are listed in this help article. This article contains a list of the router settings and requirements that the scale needs in order to set it up.
