Aria 2 won't go online. I have a new router, Netgear, Night Hawk. I can connect to WiFi. When click on connection, it says it's offline. So it won't update my app. How do I get it online?
I'm not sure this will help, but have you tried resetting the scale? All you need to do is remove the batteries for 10 seconds and then put them back in.
