Aria Air inconsistent syncing

Hello

 

I bought my Aria Air at the start of the year. I started using it once a week and it synced to my app fine. Then I started weighing myself daily and found that it only syncs every other day. Other posts say the aria should sync everytime you step on it, which mine does....but only every other day! 

 

Can anyone help explain or fix this?
