Just got the scale like 3 days ago. It won't since to wifi as I learned it just doesn't so why it has that option is foolish to me.. but won't stay connected to Bluetooth and not syncing with the fitbit app.. kinda wondering why I bought it then.

Thanks for the details about the syncing difficulty. I recommend you to perform the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? In case that this doesn't work, you can remove your Aria Air from the Bluetooth settings and set it up as a new device as instructed here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Thanks but I have tried all that and it will only sync the one time then I have to do it all again for it to sync one time to do it all again.. it's actually quite annoying. And makes me not want to use it anymore.
And I can have my phone on the floor right beside the scale and it still doesn't sync.

I appreciate the update. Since your Aria Air is still not syncing, I recommend you to contact our Support team requesting a chat or calling them for further assistance with their tools. Please explain them the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far and they'll be glad to look for a solution.
