Aria Air provides wrong weight

I was surprised by my thoughtful parents with a new Aria Air for Christmas. They purchased via the Fitbit Amazon store. Set up was quick and easy but it's registering my weight 10lbs lower than my weight on the two other scales I have used (one at my parents house, one at my house). I took the batteries out to reset but the wrong number is displaying. 

 

I have the original box it came in and the warranty card.
