As of this morning, my scale stopped syncing to my phone. I've had it for maybe two weeks. No damage. Fresh batteries. I tried to pair it again, but I'm not seeing that option in my app.

I had an issue with my Aria scale recently, and I also have a Pixel phone.
What it boiled down to for me was a Bluetooth error. I turned on the scale, then "forgot" the scale from my phone's Bluetooth. I did not try to re-pair (I had given up on making it work). About ten minutes later, when I opened my Fitbit app, I got a Bluetooth notification asking whether I wanted to pair to my Aria. Then I followed the connection workflow and everything has worked great since.
One "issue" is that I need to open the Ftibit app, and the weight/scale applet, before the scale will auto-sync my weight.

Seems to happen intermittently. Periods of working and not working. I'd just return it for a refund if I were you. I'd be doing the same with mine if I hadn't had it for a while.
Restarting the phone seems to help when it's not working. Makes me think it's probably something to do with the Android Bluetooth stack rather than the scale necessarily. Even so, Google phone, Google scale. You'd think it'd work first time, every time. When it's such a minor convenience anyway (you even have to open the app!), any further degradation in functionality is unacceptable.
Note that there are quite a few threads about this issue around over several years.

I am having a similar problem with my Pixel and Charge 6. I noticed it still pops up with a weight but it was the same reading several days in a row. the scale doesn't show to have synced for 4 days now. I removed the scale and added again to the app, force stop cleared cache and many other things that still doesn't help.

Will it help to submit a ticket with support?
added - I contacted chat help and they referred it on to a scale specialist to email me back... Also all this messing around now the Charge 6 watch is no longer syncing...
