I don’t care that this product is no longer supported but never ever will I or anyone I can talk to but such poor quality products ever again. Aria scale started Step Off error after first battery change. ChargeHR stopped measuring anything with any accuracy within 3 months of purchase (replaced by store NOT Fitbit) with ChargeHR2 and that is not accurate and HR very intermittent. Seriously poor quality, overpriced, poor support (turn it off and on again seems limit of troubleshooting). Look forward to the day I read this product and company is down the drain.
