Scale has been working wonderfully for two years.  the batteries died this morning, and I changed them this afternoon after work.  Now I am getting the Step off, Sensing, ERR message.  I called customer service and they had me take out the batteries multiple times and put them back in culminating with a "take them out for an hour, and then put them back in".  … wow. amazingly taking out the batteries did nothing and taking them out for an hour resulted in nothing, just over the course of an hour.

Customer service suggested I purchase the Aria 2.  Any suggestions other than taking the batteries out for a month then putting them back in?

I've also: tried to go into setup, it stays in "setup active" and even when I log into the aria xxxxx wifi, and try to set it up nothing happens.

I've also taken out the batteries and stood only on my left foot but nothing happened there either.
