I broke my leg a few months ago and could not exercise and could not weigh myself. During that time I gained weight. So now I'm ready to get back into it but my Aria is now registering me as a guest.
How do I get it back to reading me as me?

Hello @SkellyCA and a warm welcome. I have an Aria 2 and my instructions to re-assign a weight are different. Please see p 4-5 of the Aria manual. You might need to weigh yourself several times in a row to get the scale to recognize you again.
Normally, I would grab a screenshot of the instructions. But it crosses pages and it would just look too messy.

I've weighed myself 11 times today, reassigning weight each time, still sees me as guest.

@SkellyCA I'm sorry, but I don't have any more insight. From time to time, my Aria 2 says I am a guest. Usually I need to re-assign a weight twice and the scale gets mr right on the third try.
Perhaps a chat with Support will help.

Go to your Fitbit app and click on the Aria scale. Click on recent weigh-ins and assign the weight to yourself. After that it will recognize you.

I finally got it to recognize me!
Not sure if it was just persistence or...
I had been wearing shoes when I weighed myself. This morning I did it three times in my bare feet and kept re-assigning the weight to my initials. Maybe that has something to do with it as that is how it measures BMI.
So that's something for the next person to try.
Thank you everyone for all you help!
