(Aria2) Hey! When I weighed myself earlier today, my body fat % was around 17,1 % which seems pretty accurate.
When I weighed myself tonight, it was around 14 %. I weighed myself again right after and it showed 13, then 11, then 10 %.
Do I need to see a doc?
JK. What’s wrong with my Aria2?

That does seem like a big difference, but reading should really only be compared an the same time every day, probably in the morning after using toilet, before eating or drinking.
The way Aria2 scales measure body fat % is based on water content (bioelectric impedance if you want to research it) which will vary at different times of day, before and after workouts, eating and drinking, etc. Measuring in morning after using toilet before eating or drinking tends to even out those differences.

Hm, It still seems strange though, I’ve never experienced this before.
I also tried to change the sex and recalibrated the scale (took out the batteries and weighed 5 times after). Now it’s down to 9 %. It recognized my effort it seems. 😂
