Hi
I have had a set of Fitbit Aria scales since 2016 and never had a problem.
Since upgrading my Fitbit surge to an ionic I noticed the scales had stopped syncing to the app.
Logically I remove the scales and try to reinstall however I am finding that whilst my ionic is connected to my Fitbit app I cannot connect my fitbit aria scales.
When attempting to connect I go to add device. I choose the Aria scales and the app crashes
If I install the scales first I then have similar problems installing the ionic.
Is there a compatibility issue with these 2 devices? How do I fix this?

@Jondoe0285 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the setup difficulties you've experienced with your Aria scale after installing your new Ionic. Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Once you've done this, follow up the Aria setup process as described in this help article.
