Has anyone successfully been able to hook up an Aria to a 5G network router? I moved and got a new route and cannot hook up.
Fitbit - can you please advise? Also - if necessary, does the Aria 2 connect with a 5G. Please I need to get my daily weigh ins 🙂
Thanks

@KmackNYC Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, the Aria scales connect with 2.4GHz bandwidth only.
For more information about the settings needed, please check out this help article.
Let me know if you have any doubts!

Did not answer her question at all. Can you connect the scale to a 5G network?

Hi MaryToU, JuanJoFitbit answered the question "@KmackNYC (I understand this is a year old, but for anyone researching issues...) Regarding your inquiry, the Aria scales connect with 2.4GHz bandwidth only" - that means no 5G, only a 2.4 network. Most routers have a 2.4 GHz band in addition to the 5 GHz. Check your router, some routers have the 2.4 and 5g using the same network name (SSID). I had to give my networks different names.
