Done with Aria 2 (and Fitbit)!

I've had issues off and on with my Aria 2, but it quit working 2 weeks ago.  I've tried and tried to re-pair/resync with my wi-fi network to no avail.  I don't see the Aria network at all.  I believe my Aria 2 just plain and simple died.  I think I've had it for about 4-5 years.  It happens, but that's not my biggest gripe.

I called support today and had the pleasure of a very rude agent.  I was confused why she wanted me to restart my computer and clearly she had no patience.  She went through a few troubleshooting routines but then got upset with me because I referred to my scale as Aria, not Aria 2 (although I'm sure I did).  Then finally she just said I'm going to escalate you to warranty, as if to say, "I'm done with you, I can't help you".  I told her I knew it was not under warranty any longer, so what could they do additionally and she rudely told me they would assess the situation and send me an email.  And send me an email they did, telling me it is not under warranty.  Yes, I knew that. That is the extent of my support.  I still don't know what the issue is and I guess I'll never know.  I do know that since this is my last Fitbit device, I'll not be purchasing anything else.  I'm much happier with my apple watch and I've already bought an Apple Health compatible scale that didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
