Fitbit Aria 2 not logging weight

When I weigh myself using my Aria2 scale, the icon shows with the check mark meaning it has been synchronized to my tablet. When I check recent weigh ins, the weight is recorded. However, when I go to my dashboard and tap the scale for tracking my weight, the weight from the scale isn’t logged. Why is this happening?

@John_L2019 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the late response. However, I'd like to follow up on this and would like to know also the information that requested my friend @DramaQueenDiva.

In the meantime, please make sure that your tablet has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your tablet then open the app and log in. Finally, restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once you've done this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if those readings get synced.

Hi @John_L2019 

Do the recent weigh-ins show up as being assigned to your fitbit account?  If not your account, perhaps another scale user or to guest?  If they are not assigned to your account, you can update that and the subsequent weigh-ins should start showing up in your account automatically so long as they are not too much different than the past few.
