Fitbit Aria Air syncing issues

I am having trouble getting my scales to sync to my phone it does it when I reset the scale for the first time but that is it. When I come back a day later it wont sync even do the bluetooth symbol is showing, any ideas how to solve this, thanks in advance.

Finally, monitor your Aria Air during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
