Hello @KBASINGER50 and welcome to the Community.  Here is a link to the Aria 2 User Manual.  Please review the network requirements before you try to add it to your account.  The Aria 2 uses your home's wi-fi to sync to your account.  The Aria 2 was released in 2017 and your network must be back compatible.
