I'm really frustrated. I've just purchased the Aria 2 scale. The first time I tried to set it up it connected fine to the Fitbit App on my iphone... the phone 'saw' it, the number key was produced which I entered and then I was away. Then I disconnected the two because I wan't sure I'd done it right - I was appearing as a guest. Now they refuse to reconnect! I've tried a factory reset I found on this forum - tried holding down the little button while the batteries were removed and then putting them back in... the scale returned to 'set-up' stage, but the my iPhone is still not seeing the Aria, even while it's placed right by the scale. I've tried the guidelines on the app - tried turning bluetooth on and off again. Nothing is working! I'm really confused as to what could possibly be causing the problem and itching to use the automatic recording of my weight in the mornings. Would really appreciate some help!
