Inconsistent weight measurements

I am getting very random weights from my Aria 2. If I step on it several times after each other the weghts can differ 2-3 kilos.I have a feeling this is a problem which has started recently, my experience is that it has been accurate before.

It is on a flat surface, not moved, I am barefoot, still and well balanced.

Hi, @Ingridjw, may I suggest you install new batteries and reset the scales. Let us know how you get on.

Thanks! I had done that, but tried again. This time I waited longer before putting the batteries back. It seems to have worked!

The problem came back. Did the procedure again, worked for a while then problem came back again. Any more suggestions? Would a reset with the little button make a difference?

Hi, @Ingridjw you can reset your scales as described on pages 6 & 7 of the manual.

I experience the same problem and a battery change doesnt solve the problem. 😞
