@Skat77 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community and welcome aboard @zippedup75! Seems odd that your Aria scales are not syncing your weights properly. I want to follow up and would like to know if you see any error message while your scales try to sync. In the meantime, please take out the 4 batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once this has been done, weigh yourself 5 consecutive times in order to re-calibrate your scale.
Keep me posted on the outcome my friend!

I've done all that and it's not not syncing. Not error message. Reads weight and stuff .Just not syncing with the app at all .

@Skat77 Thanks for getting back! I know how frustrating this is for you. However, I want to help you and try to turn that bad experience you had with your scale into a good experience. Since you mentioned that you spoke to our Support team, I would like to know what other troubleshooting steps did they share? This will help me to assist you accordingly.
@Natster86 Thanks for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting with your network either. Please let me know if changes were made to your network such as WiFi password, router or network settings. This info will help me to determine the cause of the issue.
Looking forward to your responses my friends!

that's what I'm seeing also - no idea what to do yet. When i weigh myself everyhing seems fine. It recognizes me, connect to my wifi, but at the end, there is a little X over the wifi symbol? and it does not sync to the mobile device.

My Aria hasn't synced since February 1st.
I have the X and the Wifi symbol and there have been no changes to my Wifi network.
I tried to remove the device and re-install (both on my iPhone and PC) but unlike the HR Charge, there is no delete this device option anywhere I can see with on the iPhone app or the website.
So my Aria is in constant SETUP ACTIVE mode, the Aria WIFI is recognized by both my iPhone and my PC but it never completes the setup.
It still weighs me when I step on it and recognizes it is me after thinking but no syncing.
Note:
The iPhone app update on January 31st.
FITBIT, WHAT DID YOU DO?
PLEASE FIX IT.
If you cannot fix it, send me a new scale because obviously, this is happening to more than just me.

I am having the exact same issue - hasn't been synched in 2 months... I go through the set up and it fails time after time after time. Stinks... pretty expensive scale to not be able to synch to app. Frustrated!

Agree!!! And Fitbit/Aria REFUSE to accept the fact that the scales stink. blame everyone else but themselves. it's very poor customer service. I'm a nutritionist and I was about to order 50 of them for my clients but I'm no during it because Fitbit does not help out in any way. They just claim it's my routers for a fault which is not. If it was my routers fault, it wouldn't sync for 2 days and not again for 3 days! it's obviously the scale and they just lost a ton of money from me. They have the same robot sending me the same email every few days I've had a fix it but I've done it a hundred times and it does not work. They obviously do not read these boards at all they would see that it is not just me

I'm looking at replacing Aria altogether.
There are other scales out there that sync and are much cheaper.

I called FitBit and they sent me an email with instructions on what to ask my internet provider. Here's the email:
We're sorry to hear that you're still experiencing trouble with your scale. We appreciate your efforts to troubleshoot.
The error you are encountering indicates that the scale has been unable to communicate with your router. The most common reason for this is the router's configuration.
Please contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them to active or confirm that your router allows the following settings:
After you've made this change, do the following steps before attempting setup again:
-Reset your router (power it off and then back on)
-Clear Cookies, Cache, and History on your phone or PC (This is really important)
-Keep the scale within 10 feet of your main router.
-Keep the Automatic (DHCP) IP setup. Static IP configuration is not supported.
Please let us know if you still need assistance setting up your Aria.
SO, I followed all of those steps and IT WORKED! In a nutshell, the Aria communicates via 2.4 ghz and my ISP was operating at 5.0 only. There is a "mixed mode" (which the 802.11b is...I guess!) so you can still operate at 5.0 (better speed) with other devices BUT, again, the Aria seems to need the 2.4... hope this is helpful!!

Yes I've done all that multiple times. My issue is it's sings for about a day or two and then $0.01 for 3 days and then since 4 day two and then once again for 3 days. So it can't be in connection issue. No error message on the scale whatsoever

I doubt it is the router.
I've had this router for a while and it was working perfectly until a couple of weeks ago.
Nothing on my end changed.
And is there any way to remove the Aria? I didn't see a Delete Device option anywhere like there is for my HR Charge.
