Scale not syncing

My Aria scale does not sync anymore. It shows the wifi symbol and a cross. The scale is connected to my WiFi. In the app I can see my old weight, but the latest weight does not show up. How can I fix this problem?

Hi, @Rienbouw! I would try power cycling your scale and if that doesn't work, setting it back up with the wifi again.
