Scales won’t work

I’ve tried everything under the sun , recalibration, turning it on and off , contacting Fitbit , crying 

it just won’t register guest weights on the app which mean I can’t change them to me and therefore the scales are faulty as they aren’t working.

my Aria is dong the same, it will connect and sync to the app. it sees the scale and haw much battery is remaining and the time it synced. but wont show any weight data?

the scale sees me as guest and i have no options to make any changes. the phone will let me into the recent weigh in tab, but no data is in it?
