Used aria 2 won’t sync

So I bought an aria 2 at a garage sale and I can’t get it to sync with my Fitbit and app. Is it possible that it’s still connected to the previous users app???  And is there a way I can reset it so it will disconnect from everything???  Thank you!

@Carrie_Lynn, the Aria 2 Manual provides the steps necessary to do a factory reset on the scales on pages 6-7.  Check out the Aria 2 Manual here.
