Versa HR and Aria Air not syncing have to weigh manually.

Has anyone bought the weighing machine in the hope of making weighing simpler?  I did but it won’t automatically record my weight. I still have to record it manually. What a wast of money!!!!

Do you have the Fitbit app opened on your phone when you weigh yourself? 

The Aria Air communicates through the phones Bluetooth to the account that the Fitbit app is logged into

I also misled you in that is is Inspire HR, sorry got that bit wrong too.

Your post only mentions a problem with the Aria Air, do you have problems with the Inspire HR? 

Do you see the Aria Air as connected to your Fitbit account?

Yes it is but I think the problem appears to be that my husband has an Alta
HR and it is interfering with my weight recording.

@novices, that is not the problem. The Aria syncs with the Fitbit servers via WiFi. If the Fitbit App, check the WiFi settings for the Aria scale and verify that it is connecting to your WiFi network.

Whose account is the scale connected to? Has the other person been added to the scale? 

His tracker on his account should not affect the scale on your account, even if he shares the sczle

Got it all sorted now..I didn’t realise my WiFi was not connecting to the
scales. Changed settings and all is well now. Thanks.
