@dimockkatie   Please try this link: Which smart scales are compatible with Fitbit?  The Aria Air is very pricey for what it does.  Some of the scales on this list do more body analysis at a lower price point.

Hello @dimockkatie 

Only a Fitbit scales can be directly connected to your Fitbit account. But there are other options out there: https://gadgetsandwearables.com/2022/03/09/best-smart-scales-2022/

I personally have the Fitbit Aria Air and I haven’t had any issues. It’s quite basic but if I want to know more details like my BMI the Fitbit App breaks that down for me just fine

For all the hassle, tears and sweat, I decided to return the Aria and even forked out the return shipping.  Getting a renpho scale which has raving reviews and it works with fitbit!
