I have Fitbit iOS app v3.60 and running iOS 15.5 on an iPhone SE.
Every time I try I try to add a new user to my Aria 2 scale, the app crashes when I press the “invite more people” button. This is how I get there:
my account -> Aria 2 -> People Using This Scale -> Invite More People
The contact customer support thing inside the app doesn’t allow you to contact them regarding an issue with the app! This is not good customer support. The only option is to use this forum. I hope Fitbit customer support is watching this forum.
I would like Fitbit to look into the app crashing issue and to add a button in the customer service area to submit a ticket for app issues.

I’m not sure why your App continues to crash when trying to add another individual to your Aria 2 scale but let’s try another route to add an individual using the dashboard instead while the App crashing issue gets addressed. At least this route might help. Here’s how: Here on this site tap Dashboard at the top right corner of your screen then tap the gear icon (also on the upper right corner) Select the Aria 2 scale in the drop down menu. Now look at the Aria 2 information and tap people (see image below) Then tap invite people and simply follow the directions.

@cwt137 Thanks for the detailed information, the screenshot provided and your efforts while working on this matter. Let me explain our team has been informed of an issue with the Fitbit app which causes it to crash. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and, please know they're working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, I'd also suggest using your fitbit.com dashboard to add more users to your Aria 2. To do that, just follow the steps shared by @SunsetRunner and let me know how it goes.
