I've just just walked two laps of my living room and kitchen, without swining my arm to test the Blaze. Nothing. My wife's HR records twice as many steps when we compare our day's activities. We both have low activity work hours but high activity out of work hours.. I think my blaze is inaccurate!

Not swinging your arm should prevent steps from being counted,, arm should be stationary. With the body'.. "I've noticed that a plush carpet I loose some steps on.

When I first got my blaze I had similiar problems. When I was at the grocery store and pushing the cart steps didnt count. When I was holding my 2 year old and walking steps didn't count. After using it for a few weeks it started working correctly. I am still skeptical on the accuracy of miles when I run....

Welcome to the Forums @Deadbloke, @TexasTommy it's great to see you around and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze accurate. If you do, I recommend doing the following:
1. Put your tracker on your wrist.
2. Walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground.
3. Pause, then check your tracker to see your step count.
If you see that the amount of steps is really inaccurate, feel free to contact our support team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
Let me know the outcome.
