The last few days, my active minutes are way off. Was at the gym for an hour last night on an elliptical and then working with weights. For both items, I started the exercise on my Blaze, first Elliptical, and then when I was done with that, Weights. I spent 23 minutes on the Elliptical and 41 minutes working with weights. Yet my active minutes for yesterday shows just 28 minutes. Same thing happened Monday when I did the same 23 minutes on the Elliptical and 34 minutes working with Weights (active minutes shows 35). This is not a new process for me as I've been doing this for a couple years and it's always been accurate until now. Wondering if the most recent software update is causing an issue?

@topherjgreg are you saying that the active minutes shown on the Blaze do not match the active minutes shown on the app and at fitbit com after a sync?
Did you check the active minutes on the Blaze before the sync?
On the events impact page, how many active minutes do you see for each event?
Recorded exercise minutes may not be all active minutes.

I’ve had the same issue since I made the software update. My active minutes shown on the blaze don’t match on the app. Also my sleep does not sync either since the update too 😕

I’ve had the same problem over the past couple days. The active minutes are there and then they’re gone. Right now mine says zero and that’s not correct.

Read a post saying should try turning off WiFi and use I internet with data plan. Seemed to work.
