Hi...I know there are a lot of posts about losing historic data and the fixes. I have tried them all. Yesterday my blaze was right on, synced correctly all day to the app, everything was good. Woke up today to check sleep and everything was gone. I have restarted on wrist by pushing both buttons, powered down thru settings, deleted app and reloaded the app on iPhone....nothing works and all data including notifications, steps, weight....all gone. What can I do next to get it all back.

Hi there @Lmiccoli. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your historic data not showing up on your app... 😕
Have you by any chance checked your dashboard but on your computer instead of just the app to make sure that your historic data is still there? If not, try doing it from any computer and see if it's there.
Something I can recommend is making sure that the OS on your phone is updated to the latest version as well as that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app to ensure that all the information will be shown correctly.
Please check those things and let me know if you still need more help.

Huh... weird. Thanks for getting back @Lmiccoli.
When you do this on a computer, make sure to log in to the Fitbit account, then at the top of the dashboard, click on Log, then check the Sleep, Activity and Weight tabs and see if your information appears there. It should.
Let us know how it goes!

Best AnswerWent to log....My data isn’t there! The only thing it shows is lifetime steps. All of data from March of this year til now is gone and it shows only data from a previous devise from 2014. I would like to delete all of the data from the previous device also but I can’t.

I see @Lmiccoli. That sounds very strange...
I'm thinking... could it be that by mistake you logged out of the app and logged back in with a different email address? If that was the case, that could be the reason why all your other information is in a different account and not in this one. I can't think of any other way your data could have been erased.
Is there a chance you can share any screenshot of how it looks for you?

Best AnswerI am a total idiot. Yep I used a different email address. Everything is there. Thanks and I am making note of the email used fo this fitbit. How can I delete the old account?
Best AnswerI would not say a total idiot, it has happened to the best of us and there have been like posts 3-4 times a week.
Your in the midst of good company.. Glad it is straightened out.
I did notice that your posting from an account created in 2014.

I'm glad this is sorted out @Lmiccoli, and don't worry, as @Rich_Laue says, this has happened to many of us, so you're good!
Now, about the other account, you can just leave it there or if you really want to have it deleted, this will need to be done through the Support Dept. If you'd like to proceed with that, let me know so that I can get your case to them.
