Always synced to the day before

Everytime I sync my blase it always updates to the previous day. As well as my time is wrong on the Fitbit. I've restarted it, turned it off, deleted then reinstalled the app on my phone, tried downloading the app on a different device and nothing will correct this problem. Checked time zone. The blaze seems like it is about 20 hours behind reality. Please help as I am frustrated.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your information syncing not to the current day but to the previous one. There's one more thing you can try and see if this works. It would be setting up your tracker as a new device.

 

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem on the current day.
