The app continues to lose my active minutes even if I override and put them in manually.
Here you can see I had to manually put in my 40 mins of activity, and then no matter what I did it only counted 22 minutes.
It's been doing the same thing for me on other days. I had a 35 min workout according to my blaze. It only counted 28 minutes. I tried to manually put in the extra minutes, it still wouldn't count them.
It's happening on my phone App (android s8+) and on my PC with the windows ap.
what gives?? these minutes add up over the course of a week and I am trying to hard to train the right amount without overdoing it.

it's also NOT adding the calories burnt to the total caloric burn either.

Active minutes are not minutes of activities @RainaMer you need to tap on the event, then scroll left to the last page to see the days impact on calories and active minutes.

It's great to see you around @RainaMer and @Rich_Laue thanks for the input.
I think that our friend here is right. Have you checked the link provided? Are you still having issues with your active minutes information? How are you logging your activities?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Clicking on the impact on the left still matches the minutes and calories exactly, and yet this is not reflected in the active minutes. It still matches exactly what I have for the activity minutes and calories burned, yet this isn't reflected on the "active minutes" or the "calories burned" tiles. This is a *new* issue, my active minutes have always been accurate to what I am doing, I expect because I wear the Blaze with the heart rate monitor on and it calculated an accurate MET. If I went for a run for 30 minutes, it logged 30 minutes active, not rounded down to half.
Just yesterday I went swimming for 2 hours (I swim train), I manually put in the 2 hours and it had no issue putting my active minutes as 120.
I have been using fitbit for years, and never had this issue where my activity and calories are suddenly off by so much. Is it possible I have accidentally changed a setting somewhere? I appreciate the link about MET but that doesn't seem to be applicable, and doesn't make sense as to why it would always accurately calculate, and now in the past 2 weeks stop.
