Gutted about my Blaze. Battery completely gone after 15 months, why is this so?

I'm very sorry to hear that your battery doesn't seem to last as it should 😕

 

A full battery should last for at least 5 days with a regular usage but some factors as receiving too many notifications or the age of the tracker might affect the battery performance. However, I've escalated your case to the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and that way we can have you back on track soon.

mine to my fitbit blaze battery is getting drain so fast, i charge for 2 hrs & it indicate full charge but i can only use for 1 hour its already empty batt. can you help me this. tnx
