Hello, my back to left button on the blaze stopped working today. The strange part is if I get it to shut down and I tap the button the blaze starts back up not skipping a beat. But when the os is running the button doesn’t work at all. Need to find a way to wipe it and push firmware. Any ideas? I can’t do the back bottom right trick.

This is my second one first one had a software issue one day out of warrenty. Now the second one has a software issue. The only solution from customer support is buy a new one. I don’t think so they don’t even last one year.I find it strange others are reporting the same issues right now. I sense the apple bull going on. Release new versions and kill legacy devices from the inside. No longer will be a customer.
