I've had my Blaze for a week and it will record only a few hours a night, if at all. I tried resetting it and there was no change. I am very disappointed in this product so far. Also, this is the replacement watch. I sent the first one back after a week because the heart rate monitor was often incorrect or intermittent.

Hi, @Elle_F, it sounds like you might need to wear your Blaze just a little bit tighter to get a bette heartrate reading. You win't get good sleep tracking data if the HR is incorrect or intermittent.

@Julia_G I adjusted the band for a snug fit last night and it still did not track any sleep. I've reset the device, adjusted the settings, and now tightened the band ... still nothing.
Sept 3-9 was with my first Blaze. "Last week" was with the new and current one. The only thing this one got right was a nap I took Sunday.

@Elle_F, sorry that didn't work! All I can say is, that if you cannot get a consistent heartrate reading from your Fitbit, you will never get accurate sleep tracking. The sleep tracking relies on the HR reading.
So I think you should focus on the HR issue. Are you getting what seems to be accurate readings in the day time?
