Battery and syncing inconveniences

My Fitbit Blaze started out using wrong date/time.  Did all the suggested fixes -"rebooted" phone, turned off Bluetooth etc.  Now my Blaze will not hold a charge, I can't update the software and obviously it won't sync.  Help!!

Regarding to your battery inconvenience, please follow the instructions provided in this post. About the syncing, follow the steps provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After fixing these inconvenience you will be able to update your tracker without a problem.

You can try restarting it: restart
